No walk-ins.

**Please note, you must select the merit badges during registration. If a class does not show as an option, then it is not available due to being full, or the time of other classes chosen overlap with it, or the Scout is not old enough for it.**

Please Note: An additional fee (Convenience Fee) will be added to payments made with Credit or Debit Card at Checkout.

We have some New offerings for 2026 ~ Artificial Intelligence, Physics, and Textiles!!

Scouts need to be registered in the Scouts BSA program at the time of event, recent crossovers need to confirm with the Scout Leader that their online transfer was completed or that their Youth Application has been submitted to Council.

Unfortunately, we are unable to keep waiting lists.  If you have other questions about the event day and cannot find the answer in the guide, please send us an email (see Resources tab).

Registration includes a full day of classes and patch for Scouts taking badges.
