This FLY-IN event is intended to satisfy much of the Aviation merit badge requirements while providing a unique experience into various aspects of aviation.

This emersion experience will expose scouts to the Aviation theory of flight, Piloting, Maintenance and Airport Operations and perhaps launch a career in aviation.

Any Scout wishing to participate in the purchased flights or wish to enter a free chance to win a raffled flight must have the BSA consent and BSA Flying Plan (page 1 with 2 signatures).

Cold drinks, water, and snacks may be available for purchase on site. Lunch is available to pre-purchase for adults/siblings in the registration.

All participants who wish to participate in the option flights must submit the BSA Activity Consent Form and must be approved by parents or legal guardian. they must also comply with the guide's page 11 directions. Page 1 of the BSA flight plan must be filled out and signed by both the unit's committee chair and an adult leader. aircraft and pilot details will be provided as an addendum as the aircraft and pilot details may vary prior to the event. all pilots and aircraft will be complaint to the BSA flight plan guidance, and rules.
