**Please note, you must select the merit badges during registration. If a class does not show as an option, then it is not available due to being full, or the time of other classes chosen overlap with it.**

Scouts need to be registered in the Scouts BSA program at the time of event, recent crossovers need to confirm with the Scout Leader that their online transfer was completed or that their Youth Application has been submitted to Council.
Unfortunately, we are unable to keep waiting lists.  If you have other questions about the event day and cannot find the answer in the guide, please email:  Eric.Louis@Scouting.org.  
Registration includes a full day of classes, patch, lunch, and continental breakfast for Scouts taking badges. 
Shirts are available for purchase for $20. They will not be available for purchase after January 14th or on the day of the event.
