National Youth Leadership Training is an exciting, action-packed program designed to provide youth with leadership skills they can use in their home troops and crews.
Open to Scouts BSA ages 13-17 and at least First Class Rank. Open to Venture Scouts ages 14-20. Scouts must take either Intro to Leadership Skills for Troops or for Crews https://www.scouting.org/training/youth/ prior to attending.
